Application
1. Emergency treatment of nozzle blockage
Steps:
Inhale special cleaning liquid, aim the needle at the blocked nozzle and gently push the liquid injection.
Use the ink suction pump to remove dissolved impurities.
Effect: Quickly restore the nozzle to be unobstructed and reduce scrapped printing.
2. Ink replacement and filling
Steps:
Slowly inject new ink into the ink sac or pipe through the needle.
Exclude bubbles in the pipeline to ensure continuous ink supply.
Note: The old ink residue must be thoroughly cleaned before operation.
3. Ink system maintenance
Application:
Flush the sediment in the ink supply pipeline.
Apply lubricant to the guide rail and sealing ring.

A: A blunt needle is standard and a plastic needle can be selected. When in contact, just touch it vertically to avoid physical damage.

A: It is recommended to use it once to prevent cross contamination, but if it is thoroughly cleaned, it can be reused for a short period of time (not recommended more than 3 times).
Q3: How to choose the needle specification?
A:25G-27G: Suitable for regular nozzle cleaning.

A: Rinse with clean water and dry it after use, avoid direct sunlight or contact with corrosive gases.
