OCBESTJET Secures 10,000-Bottle Annual Order for DTG Ink from U.S. Textile Wholesaler
DONGGUAN, CHINA – October 2025 – OCBESTJET Digital Technology Co., Ltd. announced today a major partnership with Textile Print Supply (TPS), a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of textile printing supplies. TPS has signed a one-year agreement to purchase 10,000 bottles of OCBESTJET's high-end DTG printer ink-marking a significant breakthrough for OCBESTJET in the North American market.
TPS, which supplies over 200 textile printing shops across the U.S., had previously relied on imported DTG inks but faced challenges with high costs and inconsistent supply. "We tested 8 different DTG ink brands over 3 months, and OCBESTJET's product stood out in every category," said Mike Johnson, director at TPS.
"The ink's color accuracy was unmatched-our clients reported a 70% drop in 'color mismatch' returns. Additionally, the $13/bottle wholesale price cut our ink costs by nearly half, allowing us to offer more competitive rates to our customers."
Key factors driving the partnership include OCBESTJET's DTG ink performance and reliable supply chain:
Head Compatibility: The ink is fully optimized for i1600/i3200 heads, which are widely used by TPS's client base. During testing, it achieved 100% head recognition and 0% clogging-eliminating costly downtime for printing shops.
Wash Fastness: TPS's clients, many of which specialize in custom apparel, praised the ink's durability. A test by an independent lab confirmed Grade 4-5 wash fastness, with no fading after 20 washes in 40℃ water.
Supply Reliability: OCBESTJET's Dongguan factory has a daily production capacity of 5,000 bottles and maintains a 20,000-bottle safety stock. For TPS's monthly orders of 800-900 bottles, delivery is guaranteed within 7-10 days via DHL.
As part of the partnership, OCBESTJET will provide TPS with customized English labels featuring TPS's logo and barcode for easy inventory management. OCBESTJET's 24/7 English-speaking technical team will also offer direct support to TPS's clients, assisting with ink dilution and printer parameter settings.
