1. Image design
Create image designs using design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW, ensuring that the design file format is compatible with the printer.
2. Printing process
Input the design file into the DTF printer, which uses UV ink to print the image onto the transfer film. The lamp immediately solidifies the ink to ensure the clarity and durability of the image on the film.
3. Transfer
Place the printed transfer film on the target material (such as cotton cloth, bag, or canvas), and then use a hot press to apply heat and pressure to transfer the image onto the target material.
4. Post processing
After the transfer printing is completed, remove the transfer film to complete the product. This process ensures high adhesion and durability of the image.
