What Is DTF Transfer Film?

DTF transfer film is a heat-resistant and non deformable plastic film. Its principle is to use its printing technology as a flower film to print on the heat transfer layer. After processing, the surface of the heat transfer film produced is coated with a release layer, which facilitates the transfer of the film to the transfer cloth.

1. Release film
We offer a variety of hot and cold tear PET release films, suitable for water-based/oil-based screen printing inks and various special heat transfer printing, heat transfer substrates, and other different levels of heat transfer products.

2. Adhesive
Using water-based polyurethane as the main raw material, the product has good weather resistance, soft hand feel, high elasticity, and good water resistance. It is suitable for screen printing production of elastic certification level heat transfer printing.

3. Adhesive
Using polyurethane as the main raw material, it is mainly used in screen printing production processes such as heat transfer printing elastic layer, fine line washing water label hot stamping, etc. It has good adhesion to elastic fabrics, leather and other materials.

4. Ink
Using high temperature resistant polyurethane elastomer as the main raw material, it has excellent tensile and weather resistance properties, and is also suitable for the production of fine patterns and lines through heat transfer printing. It is resistant to high temperature compression without deformation and belongs to the better level of solvent based heat transfer ink.
